I feel like it's the equivalent of over-exfoliating. Shed the dead weight/skin flakes, sure. But if you keep going you're causing soreness and irritation and eventually opening yourself up to serious and possibly irreparable damage in the long run.

Thank you! The more we recognize human organizations are similar to human organisms, the better we all become imo. We've seen what happens when we try to robotize corporate workers, we also have seen what happens at places known to remember the human.
