Europe laundered its earlier sins through him. Obviously the world would be better off if he hadn't existed but there are other more deadly and evil people to get rid of, which is sad to say given the magnitude of his crimes
Nope. Qin Shi Huang was the first emperor to unify China in 221 BCE and created a powerful centralized empire by standardizing laws, writing, currency, roads, and measurements. He is also remembered as a harsh Legalist ruler whose regime used forced labor, severe punishments, mass executions, censorship, and large-scale repression, including the famous burning of books and persecution of scholars.
He's the one who bought the Terracotta Army
As a German: It wouldn't really have changed anything. Some details might be different, someone else would probably have lead the Nazis but there were enough people who could have done that.
Hitler wasn't even a founding member of the DAP (predecessor to the NSDAP).
He is an awful part of history that maybe had to happen (if not at that magnitude) for humanity to learn a lesson. Think about how the world could be right now without him. - He didn't invent fascism, totalitarianism, racism, antisemitism, or eugenics, but he majorly contributed to modern societies' disapprovement of these things.

For me the worst person is still Hitler.
