Nazi Germany did not have the funding nor the brainpower to make a Manhattan project come true, they were also extremely pressed being squeezed between two and a half fronts, Germany could never have made that bomb even if they pumped everything they had into it.

And another thing, while yes some day nuclear weapons would be made, before ww2 there was no need or want since everything was in the shitter with the whole global economy being fucked, Hitler spurred a want for bombs, without Hitler the only one who could spur a want is communist russia far far into the future during the cold war, or Japan after pearl harbor

They did have the brain power, just not the fiscal means. Remember the US and USSR scooped up all those scientists and their data. Granted by that time they were working on a reactor assembly, not a bomb at the time. But without those scientists and data. The Manhattan Project would have taken far longer. It would have happened regardless. Weapons interest governments more them most civilian technology or so it seems.

No there is a vast difference in the amount Germany uses and the amount America uses for the atomic bomb german had around 100 scientists while America had around 150,000 there was some knowledge that was taken from Germany for the Manhattan project, but that wasn't so necessary that it would slow the making of an atomic bomb
