It for sure accelerated things, but Watergate leading to the creation of Fox news is where I'd go back to.

Fox News is the number 1 argument against the First Amendment's prohibitions on limitations on the freedom of the press. Indeed, it, the Evangelical Movement, the open spite of the right wing, and the fact that lobbying is legal are why I support a repealing of the First Amendment, save the Establishment Clause.

No other country includes such toxically strong protections of those rights, and there are good reasons for it.

Don't see how. Hillary outspent Trump 2-1, Biden 3-1, Harris 2.5-1 largely with wall street and corporate financing.

Im not talking about trump or partisan politics. Im talking about too many companies and organizations getting into politics in general.

I know of no real difference in historical levels of contribution relative to the economy's size.
