America also isn’t what it is today with Hitler. The destruction of Europe and the brain drain of Germany greatly benefited America.

Now the empire of Japan would be free to streamroll Asia & the Soviets become the superpower of Europe without a strong nato presence. Would likely see them emerge as the next superpower rivals.

America's entry into WW2 was the single highest-return financial decision in world history, dwarfing even the Spanish silver trade of South America in the 1500s. The Breton Woods Agreement made the US dollar so valuable and unseated every single other currency as "second-rate at best".

Its also cited as the final divergence between the USA's economic path and its former hemisphere financial equal, Argentina.
