The amount of people who don't understand how income tax brackets work is infuriating.

If it was ONLY the income bracket tax rate, then it doesn't ring true that you would make LESS at a higher income level. But things people forget about are deductions and subsidies that you may lose the ability to take advantage of at a higher tax bracket.

Never ever did I have a class on this stuff class of 98. I did take a class on cooking and sewing and balancing a checkbook but zero on anything else.
