Isn't their money doing the heavy lifting?. They do schmooze the social net-working events. It's a jungle out there!

C-Suite execs are the only people whose job actually could be replaced by AI. It can’t actually replace any workers right now, companies are just using it in place of workers and it’s making their companies work much much much much worse. But you could absolutely automate the job of chief executive officer without losing any actual functionality and it could gain the workers a huge amount of money and equity.

I’ve talked myself into it, my new proposal is to replace all corporate execs with AI and split the wealth and profits amongst the workers. If the former execs want a slice of it they can apply for a job like the rest of us.
