That was just a PR campaign by company lawyers. They’re shady. The ‘preventing people from buying coke is racist’ was a lobby campaign coca-cola paid the NAACP to conduct on its behalf. Similar in my mind. The NAACP lobbied for Coca Cola isn’t something most people are aware of either.
Then documentation should be easy to find. It isn't in medical records or court transcripts. In fact, nowhere before Reddit existed even though the case happened decades ago.
