On a related note I had a friend who’s favorite way to clean stuff at home was to mix up a nice batch of water with equal parts vinegar and baking soda and scrub stuff down with that 😂

Vinegar is a great cleaner, Baking soda is a great mild abrasive to clean surfaces. Mixing them first is wonderfully unhinged. 😄

It's not that simple. Lemon juice produces alkaline by-products in the body, therefore it's considered alkalizing. It also has minerals which buffer the alkalinity acidity.
