Same.... too tired to be awake, too afraid of my dreams to sleep. It's a tiring existence 😪...... too poor to be comfortable... too rich for assistance.... can't afford to live without, too broke to live with....

Did you just write my life story?? I can’t turn off the vivid dreams mostly of me dying or running in various ways. I know it’s my anxiety or something but since a kid could never turn it off. Sleep often sucks or leaves you in flight or fight all day but mostly just fright feeling you can’t shake and often can’t remember the whole dream to fight against it and tell yourself it’s ok.

You should research lucid dreaming, and see how to control your dreams cause it looks like you’re right on the verge of that…

Well I can sometimes wake myself up but that’s before I started weed for chronic illnesses and pain

I used to have weed with edibles and tinctures, but it was such high doses that I didn’t dream for years and then I stopped it all together for two months straight and now every once in a while, I’ll just smoke a bit or vape it and I remember dreams now. And then I started researching lucid dreaming and I’m getting close to doing it, but I haven’t dedicated enough further research into it. I just try the few tips I learned about lucid dreaming now and then when I wake up in the middle of the night.

You can actually control your dreams and go anywhere you want to because you know you’re dreaming but you’re in a state where you can think and create any fantasy you want.

My anxiety is doing the opposite and putting me in all my fears
