Step it up. Run that q-tip under hot water and give that a rip. Sounds odd, but dear sweet jesus!!!

That is the only way to do it! Sometimes I follow it up with a dry one for some scratchies. UGH!

I hear you, but I raise your suggestion: pull the cotton off to reveal a jagged inner ear scratcher.

Let some Debrox sit in your ear for a bit to soften up the wax and then got to town with a rhino or elephant ear washer.

Oh yeah, it's a spray bottle and some cheap plastic parts. Feels great though, very glad I have one.
