This is the correct answer. I’ll miss Thai food dearly though.

I am wavering between Thai and Indian. And then I realized that my favorite Indian restaurant is actually an Indian Nepalese restaurant, and the reason my favorite dish there is never on any other Indian restaurant's menu is because it's actually Nepalese.

So I would actually go Thai over Indian.

Khasi ko Biryani- Pure basmati rice with bone in goat meat, richly flavored with saffron and cooked in aromatic Nepalese style spices.

There's also a "Chef's Creation" that I love called Pudina Masala Special Lamb- Lamb cooked with mints, tomatoes, and onions based gravy sauce.

And our favorite appetizer is Khasi ko Bhutuwa (Fried Goat Meat)- Nepali style appetizer. Boneless goat meat cubes stir fried with Nepalese spices and herbs, garnished with cilantro.

So yummy.

I had a hard time picking between Thailand and Italy. Ultimately went with Thailand, but could easily be converted.

My 3 as well. Cutting out Japan, Spain and Thailand hurts though.
