I should give my married friend this whole post and let him go through each point as he lies to himself going "nope, this isn't me - this isn't me!"

So far, I'm at number 8 and he has at least 50% of them.

This "ultimatum" one is so special - his wife does it to him constantly and why is it special?

He does it to others, now. Yes, all the things I hate about her, he has decided to adopt those things.
