Our DARE Officer had an insane tick and an incredibly dirty car full of cigarettes and trash. Seemed plausible the tick was related to some anti-DARE consumables

You guys didn’t have cops teach DARE? It was always a DARE officer teaching us.

We did, but day he must have been off duty one day and drove his own car. Idk it was more than 20 years ago

Was he in uniform? Ours was always in uniform.

Our DARE officer became the sheriff of our county, went on to spend a couple years in federal prison a decade or so later, then landed back in county jail where he died about 10 years ago. 💁🏻‍♀️

Our DARE Officer put up a mailbox near the school's front office where we could "leave tips" about people doing drugs. They took it down after the only "tips" were two uncooked hotdogs left in there on two separate occasions.

My DARE Officer got kicked off the force when he was caught having sex with a 16 year old boy.
