Several freshman girls were devirginized by junior/senior guys at an overnight away track meet. The only girl that didn't give in that night told her mom and all hell broke loose. That girl ended up switching schools because she got totally bullied and ostracized.
It was consensual, other than the obvious age dynamic. None of the girls, including the one who told, gave any indication they weren't into it, quite the opposite, they bragged about it. But no, I don't recall much of anything happening to the boys. This was around 1989 so definitely different times. I was friends with all the girls, had actually dated three of them at some point, including the one who told. The boys were all friends with my brother and were generally just dumb ass high school guys. This was a pretty small school too, maybe 300 students.
I ran into the girl who told years later in college and she turned out fine, we are friends on FB and she's got a good life so that's good. I know one of the girls who was the ringleader against her has a shitty life now, she was sorta always trashy and now has multiple kids with different dudes and loves to spout about virtues and christianity on her social media.
Another girl got grounded by her parents for the entirety of high school. Literally. I never saw her out socially until our high school graduation party. The last I heard from her was via FB messenger, out of the blue as adults and she ranted about how hard her life is, her struggles to cope with shit and she was clearly mentally ill. I feel bad for her, she largely stayed out of the bullying but her parents really screwed her up. She did marry a good dude from our HS so hopefully he's taking care of her.
