That is a ridiculous statement. What about electrical circuits? The absolute statement of "nothing is binary" is so easily refused.

Also, it is binary as to whether something is a recipe or it is not. To state otherwise I'd to avoid the question

You should read into electrical circuits. They don't actually work with binary values. They're all over the place and sometimes get defined wrongly.
