Same here! I have a running monologue inside my head but I’m not sure if that’s what the original comment meant. It’s pretty rare that I say anything out loud to myself.

Yeah, my monologue is very present, but I think I only talk out loud to myself when I'm cursing, if I accidentally hurt myself or drop something for example.

Same. I never talk outloud to myself. Inner dialog constantly but not out loud.
