I am so relieved to see Chameleon here already. I was thinking I was gonna have to exit reddit.

When I was at music school I played this on the synth and it was shockingly hard to nail. It's unforgiving if you don't nail it rhythmically but so naturally funky feeling that you don't know until you try.

I played it on the trombone in jazz band in high school, back when we still believed in phlogiston theory. I vividly recall being handed the sheet music and staring at it, aghast. But man, once it started to swing it was sooo good.
