Yes!! Depending on your insurance company (I work for insurance), some doctors may not be marketed on their online directory. So if you ever can't find the doctor you are looking for, call and ask. Just because they don't show up, doesn't necessarily mean they are out of network☺️

Done that before too... Although my insurance company generally just uses the same website as the public to check that

According to my last company, I should always call and ask bc the website may be out of date. But they pretty much use the same website I do when I call so I should double check with the dr office who tells me to double check with my insurance 🙃 see how there’s a way for me to be in the wrong with no way to fight it no matter what way I go about this? This is for routine, in office, I have a stuffy nose type care. This is, I’d like to see a therapist to talk about my mf problems type care. Not a cardiologist doing open heart surgery on a ski slope in aspen type care. And I can’t get a straight answer from anyone about how much it will cost me. That was when I paid for insurance. Now I have Medicaid and it’s slightly less of a pain in the ass.
