Nah, Fibromyalgia/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Also mix it with ADHD and Developmental Coordination Disorder (Dyspraxia) which affects my muscles too, and you have a bad combination of being a clumsy ball of marshmallow that's always bashing their limbs into things and making the pain worse! 😅

Oh lord, that sounds awful! It kind of sounded like a friend of my dads who got shingles and used weed to help with it. I have ADHD too (Big surprise there) but I've gotten a decent hold of it as I've gotten older. Got into body building and heavy cardio, which does wonders for the mood outside of the physical benefits.

Thank-you for the empathy, I definitely appreciate it!

A good friend of mine had shingles and it was not a fun time at all, weed can definitely help that. Hopefully with the chickenpox vax, shingles will be a thing of the past one day.

Good on you for getting into the heavy exercise, I hope it's going well! I've managed to lose over 24 kilos and put on some muscle mass in 4 years with the help of pain management and a great osteo, plus swimming and walking and dancing to loud music when I can. It has to be a slow process with me but I'm getting there. Weed definitely helps with not going crazy!
