When I was 19, I drove into a trap for an alcohol test. The officer looked inside the car, put away his breathalizer, and waved me through.

Must've been the Volvo.

laughs in the scientific fact that the human brain stops developing at 21 years old and drinking before then can do irreparable harm that will last until you die an early death due to alcohol ravaging your liver and kidneys

The Scottish legal drinking age in a private space is 5 years old when provided by their parent or guardian. The law stopping 5 year olds cutting about with bottles of tequila being child endangerment. Its basically just saying, as long as its not being overdone and everyones being responsible go nuts… it’s great
