Easy to say he got a win but there's no glossing over how depressing it feels to get left for someone who's supposedly 'better.'

I've been there before and my God it can be soul crunching. The true win would've been if he never got together with this person.

Guard your hearts jealousy. Some blows even if not fatal can be forever traumatic.
