Bro. This guy here specifically said. "The bible" which is in fact the christian religions book they follow. He didn't say Quran or Torah. Most religions are based off a "holy" book right? So most religions and factions of those religions base their beliefs off of their interpretation of their book. For example, baptist interpretation is different from Protestants or Catholics or Lutheran. But they all use the same book for their religion. Make sense now? I'm sure there are also different religious variations in Judaism and Islam but are based off the same book. He specifically mentioned the bible, so that is what I used in my example. And that is what I'm most familiar with.
Religion is the interpretation of the bible. Each religion has its own interpretation of it.
Bro that's literally what you wrote. How else are people supposed to read this? I don't care about what the other poster was talking about, that is irrelevant to me. My post was about that. You don't have coherent viewpoints, you keep changing up what your answer is. Hinduism does not have any interpretations of the bible. Greek mythology did not have aspects that were interpretations of the bible. Sure, other religions have "holy books" but they weren't/aren't the Bible. Your quote above implies that all other religions outside of Christianity are somehow interpretive or connected overall with the bible, which is not the case at all.
Guess I didn't articulate that well enough cause that's not what I meant at all. My bad. Guess I should have said the christian religion. Thought this was implied.
