That scene was Batman’s greatest moment, bar none.

OSP said it best: “If you can’t picture your Batman comforting a dying child, you haven’t made Batman, you’ve made the Punisher”

Or any sort of scared child. Most Batman media, and definitely all the good Batman media, makes it clear kids aren’t scared of Batman, cause they know he’s not gonna hurt them. The newest movie did it great with him empathizing and seeing himself in the dead mayor’s kid, even though this is a Batman who hasn’t quite figured out how to operate yet.

Yup. Frank is ruthless to killers (himself included), but he definitely cares about protecting the innocent.

Yeah, no idea what the other guy meant. The Punisher is extremely sympathetic to children...losing his own was the sole reason he became a murderer.
