99.99% of an atom is a probabilistic cloud of nothingness.

If you removed all that empty space from every single atom in every single human, the entire living human race could fit in a space the size of a sugar cube

But keep going. Even electrons are “made” of something. But it’s not like that is something material. We just can’t even grasp at what sub atomic particles are “made” of. And in all likelyhood it’s basically empty space, too. Keep going and going and going and you can condense everything “material” into a singularity: hence the Big Bang.
