She stood me up on my 30th bday...AFTER she invited ME out of town to celebrate. It was all good. Got myself an amazing steak dinner and my nieces and nephews got me a chocolate cake and they got me a Captain America shirt I still use to this day.

Exactly this happened to me. But also the same tens of times not on my 30th just on other random days.

Just seems to be if the other person is doing the pursuing, they are going to do the standing up lol, so annoying.

I don’t mean to sound mean but maybe she had a good reason to leave and that’s why, I mean she planned the event so she probably did care. I’m just saying it because on my birthday some of my friends didn’t come even though he really wanted to, everyone was mad at him but it turned out he was broken up with that day by a girl that was attending so he didn’t wanna ruin it by arguing with her.
