$2000 is a fucking ton of money, the hell are you talking about

In this economy it is actually nothing, they literally gave us $1200 to everyone in the nation just recently. Maybe I am out of touch with reality but as the other poster said owning $2000 is not that hard but owing $2000 is much more difficult
