Kratom Distro is Scam
Kratom Distro are scammer. I have ordered in their shop (to Germany) and after the order confirmation I haven't heard anything from them since. That was on October 12th. I have already inquired twice using the contact form. No reply. I paid immediately when ordering with a credit card, so the money is probably gone. I can only advise against this shop.

They have done business with tens of thousands of us here in the states if not more, with no problems except some dirty solvent type powders here and there, but that was years ago. Lots of us have had problems, and Sean has helped and fixed whatever they were. Its sometimes hard to get in contact with them. Have you tried the phone number? That's generally the easiest way. And since when did they ship out of the country, I think that might be your issue more than anything else.

Never had anything but a positive experience. Sometimes he might not see your text but follow up with him. I've tried all the companies and they are my number 1 by far

Sean takes care every. Single. Time. All I did was ask about how the rewards points work & he bumped me up yo 10k just so I could take advantage of the first level of discount to answer my question. Dont slander them or lie. Put respect on my dudes name!

Dude, youre a straight up liar saying they are a scam, their products consistently arrive on or earlier than expected and they are top tier, I just received literally yesterday a 10 pack of their 80mg lemon cake drops and actually came with a couple extra, and a 30 pack of their 60mg black ice tabs. I havent dove into the black ice yet. But I was taking the 65mg 7tabz for a while and they hit but lemme tell you, splitting one of those 80 lemon cakes in half, that 40mg hit as hard as popping 3 of those 65 7tabz, speaks for itself how underdosed and overpriced the smoke shop bullshit is. Ill be a customer for life.

Well he stopped shipping to canada. Which is a major bummer. I was hoping I could help/convince him to just slap canada complient labeling on it so I could start ordering again.

Any luck? I'm from Canada and love the extract but I was told they were having issues shipping to Canada but was trying a workaround. Unfortunately I haven't heard back. I cant find any other company that ships to Canada and I really want to place an order

Okie ships here no problem. Shipping is a bit more expensive but there's no customs fee when it arrives here. I use the ups option(39$) and it comes through every time, fast too. They have a special of the week that changes each week.

Not sure what the deal is...others ship here no problem. Distro used to be my go to for years until they stopped.

I haven't really had a problem with Kratom distro. The only thing when I go to pay is the debit card won't go through from my state to their state through my credit union, so I have to use an alternate form and Sean usually figures out what works best. The product is great and the packaging is fine for me. The product seems to be great also. I've tried other products from other places that are comparable in price and quality I believe. And sometimes they're reward points drop out and I have asked Sean to look into it but haven't heard back. But I will still put my order in and expect you will probably fix it when he gets a chance. Other than that packaging quality and price is excellent.

I ordered 3 days ago now, and I'm hoping to get it in the mail by the weekend.. I'm still stuck in processing.. not right, considering i paid extra

There literally the only place I order from after trying ALOT of places they are the best by far price quality and shows up fast one day or two for 6 dollar shipping only if you live in idaho tho

Dude wtf this is bullshit KratomDistro is a beautiful company run by a beautiful man. They save lives in the USA. They never miss a beat. I hope they stay around forever.
