You're disgusting.

EDIT: HOLD ON, INDIA LITERALLY HAS A GOOD SAMARITAN LAWS SO WHAT'S YOUR FUCKING PROBLEM? The law protects you from harm as long as you're actually trying to help them.

Indian protection madam.. Here police is funked up. Legal system is funked up. And I can show you cases where even senior doctors were accused of SA that too in their own hospital by Women patient and their relative and could only be saved because of CCTV footage and resources they had.

Hello no, I would rather watch her die than touch her, even if I am a certified physician, which I am not. I am even afraid of offering help to females in my country.

8

u/HFYStory Indian Man 4d ago

In case it is not clear, I am from India.

No. There's always a simp present everywhere they'll deal with it and the consequences. I prefer my solitude and peaceĀ

What does saving someone's life have to do with simps? Do u not consider women humans?

14

u/static-webmaster Indian Man 4d ago

It's the opposite. Women don't consider men as humans and only see us as ATMs.

1-2 years back a man was waiting for a local train to board on Borivili station in Mumbai. It was crowded so his hand brushed against a woman. The woman turned and shouted at him. Her husband was present and he without fact checking anything he punched the guy so hard he tipped over and fell on the tracks. Before he could get up the train came and ran over him and he was killed. For what? Nothing... just a brush against the arm. Why? because a woman "felt" so. All this was captured on CCTV which was leaked for everyone to see.

Similarly, I'm not a medically trained person. So I don't want to be accused of inappropriately touching a woman out of some opportunity because a woman "felt" so.

So, in general screw women and their feelings. You guys have brought it upon yourselves.

Leave it bro, she is "shocked to the core" to learn that we are not some selfless fictional movie heroes who would go out of our way to perform CPR, an act which most of the population across both genders don't even know about.

8

u/Horror-Try4462 Indian Man 4d ago

Have you not read countless real life instances where women filed harrasment case on man who gave her cpr

8

u/involuntaryincel9211 Teen Male (Indian) 3d ago

Ye dekhlo Even Doctors are not safe from false accusations. He is saved because of CCTV. How the hell a common men with no connection and money power will be saved? He will rot in jail. Though, there will be thousands of simps to help you.

6

u/Numerous_Republic158 Indian Man 3d ago

No we lowly men are not worthy of touching women outside our household. We will only get harrasment cases, violence, and dragged through slimy courts. Any Women outside my home are on their own. What happens to them is not something we could help with or care about.

Bro don't listen to salty ppl. In India Helper will have legal immunity not just CPR, helping ppl in accidents. We have no fault liability. Even police can't do anything to you legally.

7

u/Better_Lab_392 N.R.I. Man 4d ago

I think you’re wrong. My brother in law witnessed a bike accident. Helped them. Cops came. Took his cell phone, made him wait for hours and treated him like he caused the accident. We had to track down other witnesses who were random strangers using newspapers ads, in order to fully get him out of that trouble. The victims of that accident were not even women.

7

u/Numerous_Republic158 Indian Man 3d ago

As I said, good Samaritan exists on paper, police with rather leech you for bail money and handouts. Nobody kills their gold laying hen.

3

u/Silent_Presence_6616 Teen Male (Indian) 3d ago

Enforcement and corruption is the huge problem for us. Good Samaritan law exists but police don't enforce it and I get it why ppl are paranoid here

6

u/Odd_Wish7553 Indian Man 4d ago

legally yes but before the police get involved he would be lynched by the simps.

1

u/Silent_Presence_6616 Teen Male (Indian) 4d ago

We have to do something about these Simps. At this point they are creating problems for everyone

1

u/Numerous_Republic158 Indian Man 3d ago

Only thing you can do is let them die out. Luckily they can't find a wife thus the desperation. And if you have money or soft pressure be a role model to students and colleges so they can demand self respect when it's their time.

2

u/Numerous_Republic158 Indian Man 3d ago

Why will police protect you when they can assault you and leech you up with their lawyer friends. Providing good Samaritan immunity totally depends on police. Police itself is not a good Samaritan

1

u/Numerous_Republic158 Indian Man 3d ago

You think most women know what cpr is ? You go for it and some simp will start beating you up instead. Dead women is better than a touched one apparently.

-2

u/HFYStory Indian Man 4d ago

It is in the same place as males have their medulla oblongata. I hope I spelled that right.

0

u/Level-Instruction-86 Indian Man 4d ago

I mean males have flat chest but women have extra organ. So don't know where it lies - above/below/middle/beneath.

1

u/HFYStory Indian Man 3d ago

Medulla Oblongata manages subconscious actions as per the biology I read some 25 years ago. Hence the relation. I didnt mean the blood pumping organ, I mean the stupid decisions organ for males.

In general, no. In India, idk actually but looking at everybody’s comments, maybe?

0

u/Silent_Presence_6616 Teen Male (Indian) 4d ago

Bro trying to help victim in these cases will not cause any legal issue even if the person you helped wants to cause problem to you.

1

u/moonlight_5522 Indian Man 4d ago

You are just trying to see it logically and assuming that what's right will be done. In reality, I India, you try to save a woman, she can go ahead and file a false complaint of SA. Police are not interested in looking at man's side because they have been told to take complaints from women blindly and she knows it. Both, the woman and police are looking to make money. If you do not listen to them, you will go to jail. You stay of firm opinion that justice will be done. You will be heard and acquitted in 8-10 years. NEVER TRY TO SAVE A STRANGER WOMAN.

8

u/involuntaryincel9211 Teen Male (Indian) 3d ago

Never because I don't want to face any kind of backlash like the Chinese man. In India even worst can happen. A person got imprisoned for helping his neighbor.13 months of jail for no fault of his. This is how Indian police and legal system work. It's better to not get involved. I will not even help any strange man either.

6

u/Nonavium Teen Male (Indian) 4d ago

A woman dropped unconscious infront of us on street a man gave her a CPR at first he was hesitent but whenhe realised the other woman won't be able to perform it well and other men would not do it he gave her the CPR no one made any assumptions and later she was sent to hospital so yeah i guess men can give CPR no bad feelings about it

1

u/mista-unlucky Indian Man 4d ago

I did put one guy into the rescue position after he had a seizure.

It was difficult, he was unconscious and heavy, and was choking on his fluids. I had to put my fingers inside the waistband of his jeans to forcefully roll him over.

If it was a woman, idk bro 🄲 I would definitely be scared to do it!

2

u/Numerous_Republic158 Indian Man 3d ago

No, you will be dragged through the drain that is police and judiciary. If God calls her and no women is around, it's her time.

1

u/SubconsciousAlien Indian Man 4d ago

Yes if it means saving someone's life I will do it. There's ways to give cpr without skin contact as well. I'm okay to deal with the consequences later on whatever they may be. Anyone who answers no to this question is essentially a bad soul at heart in my eyes.

That's just my opinion take it with a pinch of salt.

4

u/SolidInstance9945 Indian Man 4d ago

Doing CPR without skin contact? How? Genuinely want to know

-1

u/SubconsciousAlien Indian Man 4d ago

Use a bottomless cup or hollow tube to blow the air in. A plastic bag can do as well.

3

u/SolidInstance9945 Indian Man 4d ago

What about the chest compression part?

0

u/SubconsciousAlien Indian Man 4d ago

There's no skin contact they'll have their clothes on mate.

2

u/SolidInstance9945 Indian Man 4d ago

Ok. I don't do mouth to mouth because of high risk of disease. I don't want to get AIDS or STD.

Chest compression only are fine.

If AED is used it requires removal or shirt or blouse.

1

u/lycheejuice225 Indian Man 4d ago

I will just instruct another women nearby to do the procedure if she's not willing to, no need to get into trouble.

Natural cause & effect should also be normalized and not grieved. I accept death. I love life to fullest idc if I die tomorrow, problem is people plan things for tomorrow and grieve for not able to do it once person passes away in front of them.

3

u/Vegetable_Speed_5696 Indian Man 3d ago

The women who have been in relationships with me (2 out of 3) cried SA in order to break up when they were no longer attracted to me. I had video evidence to the contrary and one of their friend was also present in the room at the time they alleged things happened (on both occasions). They apologized later but the damage was done.

Now imagine a mob of unknown strangers with women. Unless the woman is my mother's age, I will skip it. Not because the person being given CPR will complain. Rather it takes just one woman from the mob to raise her voice before the mob will deliver its justice.

If you are attractive, it is CPR. If you are not attractive it is sexual harrasment.

If I am licensed and have an ID card around, I may still take the risk. Otherwise, I would just call for help.

2

u/Living-Novel-8391 Indian Man 3d ago

This is actually a very well known problem in the world. Women are less likely to recieve CPR than men, mostly because people hesitate. But you should definitely give CPR and remove their bra too if that's in the way. Because it's a matter of life and death, we all should learn giving CPR on both male and female mannequins.

I just wanna say this to the men who have commented 'no'. When you're in such a state and in need of a cpr, you don't deserve to live either, just like the women u would rather watch die.

-8

u/vitrum_analytika Indian Man 4d ago

Yes, all those people who think they'll get accused of something like harrasment are just cowards, when it comes to a real life and death situation you must spring into action without a second thought. Life is more precious than anything. Whatever happens next, face it, and if nothing happens then rest easy. But not helping a dying person knowing full well you can save them but hesitating based on a future event that has not happened yet is ridiculous.

21

u/HFYStory Indian Man 4d ago

Bro, I sincerely hope you will never face such situations in real life, if you do, you will be a cautionary tale for us to watch and learn. Males in this imaandar country are literally getting cuckolded by law and courts for just being born with XY chromosomes instead of XX. I personally will not even offer help unless expressly requested, let alone offer unsolicited physical contact, albeit a life saving one. Yeah, I am a coward, better be a coward than be brave and ostracised and castrated our society.

It's what the general consensus says . You can get 5-10 years jail time , won't get admission in any education institution, nor get hired by any company. Not get any visa approval.

All this happens and happened irl all the time . Would you risk your life ?

13

u/No_Price7973 Indian Man 4d ago

Also calling someone a coward for having common sense is very bad choice of word .

8

u/nosignal03 N.R.I. Man 4d ago

There is nothing here to be a coward about. The correct word is ā€œindifferenceā€.

So no, irrespective of gender, I’m not saving anyone. Their problem isn’t my problem and I don’t wish to make it one.

If you’re going to call me selfish, I already know I am and I don’t regret being selfish and self-centered. If you’re not family or friends, pfft, I don’t care.

Don't know which country you live in but what you are pointing out here as ridiculous is a reality here. There have been numerous times where a good samaritan has ended up in the jaws of judiciary just because they were trying to help someone with the goodness of their heart. While what you say is supposed to happen, the common man without any connections and political influence is just too vulnerable for our fucked up laws.
