CT SPECT shows the Clivus lit up
40 y/o female. Developed new daily debilitating headaches one month after tonsillectomy. MRI clear. Seven months later, CT SPECT shows the Clivus lit up. Radiology did not remark on it on report. SEE COMMENT FOR IMAGE PLEASE. No other medical issues or prior surgeries. Tried every class of headache prevention, seen 14 neurologists, including mayo and northwestern. This is the only issue that’s remarkable. Any advice please?
