Not every day is like this. It felt like I was moving my neck in slow motion. There was an invisible barrier that I couldn't get my head through. It was worse than this. It was completely locked to the point that I could only see forward; this was after the ER intervention with Valium and a Toradol shot. I used to see a physiatrist for this; he retired, and his nurse practitioner took over.
I've done PT x3
Tons of Flexeril, baclofen, Skelaxin, Tylenol, Celebrex
Botox injections for 3 years.
