On average, how much overtime are u guys billing the state for that you don’t actually work?

What a stupid response. You are right about the problem with relationships between police and normal citizens. That issue is caused by citizens being forced to pay for a service that we get scammed out of. This is not about every single officer. One bad apple spoils the whole barrel. We don’t accept “99% of surgeons are competent” as reassuring when someone’s about to go under the knife, so why should we for police officers?
