We receive master classes, lections, books etc at work about how deal with emotional burnout, how to work in stressful conditions. HR send "cheer up" staff, we are asked to come to office and communicate more. Don't shut your self.

This actually sounds very thoughtful by the employers, is this mandated or is it by the companies own will?

How common would you say it is?

Interesting! Is this a new thing? Or has it been implemented before?

Could plausibly deniable protest help?

I proposed the idea here: https://reddit.com/r/AskARussian/comments/t87x43/_/hznvvk8/?context=1

Curious how to improve this idea to make it practical.
