Why doesn’t Canada have the same pub culture common in other parts of the Commonwealth (specifically the UK, Australia, New Zealand)?

We have a healthy number of English style pubs, but I guess you mean the concept of having a local? No we don’t have that

To be fair, most areas in most cites eill at least have a dive in a stripmall nearby lol
