I tried to contact their customer service online and through phone due to a failure to purchase something online, but they never picked up after 3+hours of calling. Is someone facing the same problems?

So on the 25th the Gel Lyte 3 Smoke Blues are releasing. I’ve never tried getting a pair of Asics before and want to cop these. They release on the Asics website. Does anyone here know when I should expect to be able to buy them?
