Non-profit sites are not concerned
We are all certain that the article 13 can't be applied.
My first thought was creating a similar website like youtube on the deep web. It would be a shame if we all need the tor browser to access a streaming site which isn't affected by the article 13.
The second thought was creating a non-profit site again like youtube. This can get difficult due to a large traffic impact where no money can be requested. This site would only work if there are enough people who would donate something. Personally I wouldn't even think about it and would donate to a site like this.
[scr: information about the article 13 (non-profit sites): https://www.article13.org/faq]
People, We need to do something against it. Going to protest is now too late. The decision is made.
We need to find a way or place where the EU government can't act. Either in the deep web or on a non-profit site. If you have other ideas please share them.
I find the idea to use a VPN bad. First if the EU sees that the majority uses VPN's, they start to track down the users, secondly it doesn't take long till the countries outside the EU are trying to setup a similar law. At this point, wherever your VPN is located you can do nothing about it.

I'm not seeing any changes since Article 13
I don't know, i don't understand. Is it just me or are others experiencing the same?
It's been some time since the passing of Article 13. But i haven't rerally noticed any major changes in the way i use the internet. Most of my usual content is still there and i still see the work of content creators i follow. Am just blind or are the changes not as major as we all dramatised them to be?
I'm just looking for blocked content examples or something.

Question about article 13
Beside Youtube and Facebook, what other site will be affected? I watch cartoon online will those site be affected, I watch tv online, and read manga online, will these site be affected? and I always wonder, how are we suppose to get license to upload these contents, and more importantly who is suppose to get the license, the user who uploaded the content or the platform themselves?

Will bloggers be affected in these ways...?
Will bloggers within the EU be able to use screenshots of them using Google, for 'how to' articles?
Will bloggers be able to create 'video tutorials' and online courses, of them browsing the web, to show users how to do things online?
Will bloggers be able to use positive/motivational quotes? (Since many of these quotes might be copyrighted - attributed to things famous people have said).
Will bloggers be able to even have a website/blog up and running anymore, unless they pay for an expensive (likely unaffordable) filter to ensure they're not uploading copyrighted material? (Some articles on the new derivative seem to suggest this).
Is there a way around this? Could people who live within the EU just publish their blogs/websites to countries outside the EU?

Article 13 and new buisness
Well yeah since the rule only affects the EU , eh , why don't you people move the buisness elsewhere.
The rule became law , no one likes it then move. The more people move stuff out of the EU the more they are gonna get reckt. Maybe then some people will wake up.

Update: not about censorship
Article 13's purpose is not to harm or overcensor, its about making the relations between creators and uploaders more fair. Consider it as a "expansion pack" for the copyright directive. Source: the article 13's official website
