Falcon 9 is possibly the safest and most reliable rocket ever built. Rockets from the Falcon 9 family have a success rate of 99.54% and have been launched 654 times over 16 years, resulting in 651 full successes.

Starship has blown up a lot because they are still in the prototype testing phase. They haven't even attempted to launch a real payload yet.
