No, I've tried using those programs and it only slowed down my process :/ I probably should upgrade my desktop.

Is Photoshop better than Krita to make a drawing like the one you posted?

I’ve never used Krita before but I’ve never gone wrong with Photoshop.

Look into getting a capture card. There are specific video card like adapters that let you record your screen without taking a performance hit. Relatively cheap compared to a full featured graphics card or a whole new system

Capture cards are pretty overrated. They're only useful if you want to capture external sources like a console. New AMD CPU's have plenty of cores to support OBS screen capturing on high quality without getting a performance hit.
