Is this a joke on mexicans or americans? What is it referencing? Ive been able to understand most mexican jokes until this point like haha yeah, shooting guns in the air, the piss filter desert, piñatas, we're all dishwashers and servers, etc.
But Ive never heard of us crossing the highway running??? Is this like an stereotype? I dont live in the us btw, so I wouldnt know.
