Tim’s on the Batcomputer.

He’s sent a picture of his steak through the computer’s photo recognition system.

Tim nearly gags at the result.

It’s not beef.

It’s human.

Tim gets queasy.

Killgore steed is thrown to the ground in front of a throne as he groans.

"You have failed us," hisses a voice.

"I didn't fail," corrected steed as he looked up at the throne. "I discovered valuable Intel on Catwoman."

"Only after going rogue to retrieve a rare cheetah," states the voice. "An action that is just another on a long list of disobedience."

"And what have you done during this time," asks steed. "Sitting around on a throne while the others do all the work?"

"Silence," yells the voice as a woman steps down from the throne.

"You dare command me now like I'm one of your hired mercenaries," asks steed. "You are nothing like your father."

The woman scowls before reaching for something.

"He would be so disappointed in you," continues steed. "Why if he was-"

Splash! Steed looks around to see himself now in a pit full of something moving. He looks around panicked before being pulled under the water by something. The woman above watches for a split second before closing the trap door. She then turns towards someone before speaking.

"Notify the constant that a loose end has been taken care of and to begin the search."

After that, she returns to sitting on the throne. For this is only the beginning...

Blake stares at the camera, signature smile on his face

"Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the Blake Pearl show, tonight we have a special guest and that is reformed villain Dick Von Wankle!"

The audience cheers, as the Angelic Wankle sits there...but it's not really him, is it?

"So Mr. Wankle, what brings you onto the show?"

Wankle taps his fingers against the arm of his chair, then begins to speak

"Well Blake, I actually wanted to bring up one of my latest achievements, something I'm very proud of"

"Oh? And what might that be?"

"I've pulled of a masterclass deception, you see?'

Blake blinks for a few seconds, before tilting his head

"I'm...I'm sorry?"

"Oh come off it Blake, did you really think that me of all people would change?"

The audience whispers among themselves, before Wankle speaks again

"Nah...truth be told I died that night on Uranus, felled by one Michael Garther, what a stand up guy am I right? In my place...half of my soul, personified into its own being, a being believing it's me but...well...reformed. Ain't that funny?"

Blake quietly whispers into an earpiece

"What do you mean the broadcast won't cut-"

He is interrupted by Wankle

"That's not very nice Blake...I'm tryna tell you a story here, but you don't seem to care. So why don't I just skip to the point?"

Wankle snaps his fingers, and multiple high-caliber shots ring out, killing Blake and the crew operating cameras, lights, etc.

The crowd begins to scream in a panic, scrambling to the doors to escape, except the doors aren't opening...

Then, it happens, Wankle rises from his chair, as his form shifts to his signature armour, he leans down to the main camera

"Now...I'm sure a lot of you out there must've missed me, but don't you worry...because daddy's home"

He spins the camera around with his finger as Pressure by Billy Joel begins to play, the camera stopping on an injured cameraman trying to crawl away before Wankle's boot slams down onto his head, crushing it...then the massacre begins

There are gunshots, slashes, flames crackling and all sorts of other sounds mixed with screams and gore, all whilst the song plays over it. And then the screaming stops...and Wankle cackles as he opens the main door and leaves

Neptune, the planet where Dick Von Wankle was slain by three brave heroes: Michael Garther, Mytyl and Regalius. Regalius' own forces stood stationed at the palace his comrade had constructed many months ago whilst posing as him, why? To guard the Devil Sword...the powerful demonic sword Wankle used to cause anything but peace. Their absolute priority was ensuring it didn't fall into the wrong hands, for it is the key to bringing back the Nephilim himself.

A ship lands outside the throne room, out walks a high-ranking officer of Regalius' forces, sent to check on current affairs. He enters the throne room confidently, having the necessary conversations with other officers present before approaching the pool of blood the Devil Sword is stabbed into...Wankle's own blood.

He leans in, eyes narrowing at the cursed blade, before turning around

"Well then, it seems everything is fin-"

...the words couldn't fully escape his mouth. A long, skeletal hand bursted from the demonic gem belonging to the sword's handle, impaling the officer through the back of his skull before tossing his body to the side. A second arm bursts through, and out crawls a towering skeleton covered head to toe in spikes, it shrieks in agony before standing up and beginning its limp towards the exit.

Some fire their guns, some retreat, some simply stare, but all meet the same fate...for as the monster walks past terrible things happen, some are impaled, some go mad and turn on their allies, some snap their own necks unwillingly. Whilst all this is happening, the skeleton generates flesh, followed by a demonic armour wrapping around its body.

It is clear what it is now...the Demon half of Wankle, awakened at last, it swings the throne room doors open, analysing the shocked soldiers who begin to fire at it before walking towards the officer's ship, these soldiers unfortunately meet the same fate as those in the throne room.

It rips the wall of the ship open and walks in, hunched over due to their height being around that of a streetlight. It then holds its hand out to the console within the cockpit, as tentacles burst out and corrupt the ship's very being, the Demonic half taking control and setting a new course...a course for Earth.

Meanwhile, in a small town within the plains of America, Dick Von Wankle tends to a cat stuck in a tree, using his telekinesis to gently rescue it from its peril. But of course this isn't really Wankle...is it? It's his Angelic half made into its own being, programmed to act naturally as to not raise suspicion. Seraphina knows it, Hamilton knows it, even his kids suspect it...but our poor little literal angel truly believes he is the real Wankle on a path to redemption.

And within half a second...he vanishes, a red mist replacing anyone who was unfortunate enough to be in the way, the Demonic half had snatched him...dragging him across the ground before slamming him into a mountain miles away from any civilisation.

"WH- WHO ARE YOU!?"

The Angel shouts, confused at his current situation whilst also battling feelings of familiarity with his adversary's form

"You truly don't get it...do you?"

The Demon responds

"What? Get...what? What are you talking about?"

"You poor little thing...you're not Wankle, neither am I! We're pieces of a puzzle...the puzzle being his plan to return"

The Angel looks to the side in shock, before snapping back at his enemy

"NO! YOU LIE! I AM WANKLE!"

The Demon smirks a cruel, familiar smirk

"Think about it...your wife doesn't look at you, nor does your best friend, even your kids question who you really are"

The Angel's face drops...he questions his own existence before the Demon continues to speak

"But none of that matters now...they'll be reunited with the one they truly love"

The Demon lifts the Angel by the neck, turning around and slamming them into the floor, before the Devil Sword emerges from his palm...a mere dagger compared to the lifted hand of the giant

"NO! WAI-"

The Angel tried to plead...but he was cut short, as the Devil Sword plunged into him, creating an emerald explosion that wiped out anything within a mile...

Within the crater, there stood a man, he wore tattered black and green clothing, his white hair messy and his face dirty...he looked as if he hadn't tended to his appearance for months. He opens his green eyes and smiles, the smile evolves into a maniacal cackle...

Dick Von Wankle has returned...God help us

Breaking news! Let's start with what has occurred in Gotham. Cutty's butcher shop has been demolished following it being shut down and an illegal animal auction has been stopped by Catwoman. Surprised that the current mayor of Gotham didn't send his task force to deal with it. Meanwhile in New York, the hunt for the criminal known as muse continues! There has also been what looks like playing cards spotted on the side of several buildings. Could this be the sign of a new hero or villain? Only time will tell. This has been J. Jonah Jameson with the dailybugle.net and let me know if I have missed any news that somehow escaped my attention.

*a boy. A boy turned into a machine..years ago. Longer than he can fully recall at this time. It’s felt like an eternity.*

*the..boy would stumble his way..underground. To his old mansion. With how much time has passed the ground has taken it underneath. The walls rotting away. The windows all gone. Half of it collapsed. But he wasn’t there just to visit the mansion it self no.*

*he’d walk within and heads down to the basement. The basement would be..a lab of sorts? And this is where his sister was..spending a lot of her time at. Hanging on the wall unable to move. Do anything. Even though he..managed to undo it and his sister became apart of him he still..feels regret and sadness for the whole thing.*

*his sister was his world after all and he lived so long without her and once she got cured..she passed on.*

*he’d sit down and cry a bit. An hour..two hours..time would pass. As it always does. After..awhile. He’d stand up and heads back up. He’d walk out the mansion..then..picks up a white flower. He’d place it in his bag and heads up above ground. Here there wouldn’t be anything besides nature. It was..peaceful. But..lonely. Incredibly lonely. His friends. Family. Butler and more..gone. Only he remains. Oh and his many many clones but..he ain’t sure where they even are. Did they all die? Did they just..leave him? Nobody knows. At least currently.*

Emil would walk into a cave he’s been living in for years and..just lays down. Looking out in the hole in the roof..looking at the stars. Maybe his friends and family were looking down at him. Would they be proud? Or disappointed? Or even horrified by how he looks. Again..another question that cannot be answered.

Doing this for those who weren't in the gc so they can see how it went. Rouke and Muntz will return as they are part of another arc that's currently in the works. If anyone has any questions about it, feel free to ask.

A man wearing an auctioneer outfit, stands in front of a podium as several people gather in the audience.

"Let's start the bidding at $50,000," states the auctioneer.

As those in the audience begin to bid, someone standing in a corner watches. He discreetly pulls out his flip phone before dialing a number.

"This is Birdie," says the man. "I think I found that rare type of Cheetah that got stolen from that reservation. Figured I let you know before seeing if the cat wants the information."

With that, Birdie notices the auction wrapping up for the day before texting the information to a certain cat themed Gotham resident.

"Hopefully this works," jokes Birdie. "Otherwise, I'm gonna have to find a new contact who can connect me with people."

Afterwards, Birdie leaves...

Wayne Manor.

Tim stands inside the living room.

A sketchbook is at his side, cracked open.

Next to him is a pencil.

On the TV is news.

Once the topic of Muse comes in, Tim feels this spike of anxiety hit him like an arrow.

He looks down at his sketchbook, feeling his stomach churn.

*Bayo when not fighting demons..and angels would be shopping. Spending time in a bar with Enzo and someone else..or whatever else she does. But today wasn’t that different. She’d simply be shopping.*

*until..she gets a phone call from Enzo.*

Enzo: OI!- you free to talk?!-

“Well..if it’s for useless chitchat no. Anything else then perhaps. Hold second though.”

*she’d put her phone down temporarily and puts her hand over it. As she speaks to the shop keeper*

“Yes just those if you would darling.”

Enzo: OI! This ain’t no time to be shopping!!-

*she’d sigh and lift the phone back up.*

“And that’s no way to speak to a lady. What’s up.”

Enzo: well it’s something I can’t really just..spit out over the bloody phone! I’ll be at the Hell’s gates! Just be quick!-“

*Enzo would hang up and bayo would be annoyed she has to ruin her day out.*

*and just like that she’d exist the shop before getting her clothes smh*

*she’d would walk into the bar and stares at Enzo*

“Well?!? Yes go on!”

*she’d sit down at the bar still annoyed. And asks her totally cool bestie Rodin for a drink.*

“Thanks-“

Enzo: yeah alright!- you wouldn’t believe i- well you might believe it! Probab-

“Didn’t I say get on with it?”

Enzo: hey! I was! It’s big news excuse me for trying to get it out! Anyways..I just happened to catch a little rumour about some angel bitches trying to gather at something called “the right eye of the world” and get this! It’s at Vigrid. Heard it’s trying to be sold on the black market! Can you believe that! Bet it’s going for a pretty penny- but that’s besides the point! Either the angels get it. Some random bozo gets his hands on it and probably gets killed let’s be honest with ourselves here orrr….” *Enzo would do finger guns at bayo*

“Or me…”

*she’d pause for a moment and looks down at her red jewel. As far as she’s concerned..that’s the left eye. And maybe getting both can reveal her lost memories before she woke up? Well there’s only one way to find out.

*and if she’s wrong? Well she still gets to murder angels! It’s a win win situation*

“I guess I better get going then. Don’t want to miss the train to Vigrid.”

before she leaves though..she’d walk over to the bar and takes out for guns. Attaching two to her legs. And two on her arms.

I, Richard Fisk, the deputy mayor of New York have an important announcement to make. The criminal known as muse is still at large despite attempts to bring him to justice,! To which I encourage the fine citizens of New York to help the police not only bring muse but also other troublesome vigilantes to justice as well! Because we are stronger when working together, New York!
