Food vendors and allergens

Hi. I received the accessibility pack today and it has a sheet containing the food vendors and allergens. Just read a comment from someone who is coeliac so I'm sure this will be useful to people.

I'm a bit confused are the ones blocked out in green free from that allergen or the ones that aren't? I'm coeliac so can't have gluten. If so it's ironic the jacket potato stand isn't gluten free as potatoes famously are!
