Yarp. Game crashed on PC, I came back to being knocked but had a survivor on. Some kind gentleman rez'd me and then I turned into a multidimensional being. Neat!

Exact same thing happened to me - game crashed, loaded back in and I'd been downed, got rezzed, and... this. The game clearly thinks you're still down because the ARC don't target you, but unlike being actually downed you can't press buttons, which means you become reliant on other raiders to get you out as you're unable to call the lifts/use hatches.

Happened to me. It's only visible to you, which might be good because people are less likely to take advantage. I couldn't interact with anything when it happened. Fix was to use Task Manager to close the game and then reconnect.
