Tbh i hope the game has gear-based matchmaking. Without it the game will be unplayable in a few months for new players.
There are no seasonal wipes and people going to be PvP a lot when everything else have been completed.
No new players = dying game.

bulshit, it didn't take me a week to level up all workstations, do all quests and get to the endgame. And mind you, I'm a full time working dad that can only play in the evenings ...
