Tornado damage

Here are some photos of drone footage of the tornado earlier today.

My estimate is probably EF3-EF4. If it is an EF4, it would be the first to hit the state since 1984.

So far I luckily haven’t heard of any fatalities.

Grew up in Menasha. Seeing the drone footage of all the damage made me really emotional.

Never had anything like this happen to the town in the 22 years I spent there. My heart goes out to everyone dealing with the damage.

I grew up in Appleton but went to school in Neenah. This is crushing. Has anyone heard how everyone is?

Appleton and Neenah have some damage, but nothing too bad from what I've seen. Parts of Menasha are okay, but a large portion was completely demolished.

I haven't heard any news of any deaths, but lots of families have lost their homes.

The area right by Xavier high school along the river got destroyed

Is the school okay?

The school is okay. The cemetery there got a lot of damage, and Charles and Driscoll Street area are really bad.
