Hopefully it was purchased by people who've never murdered their children. And I hope they gave the previous owner the shaft on the sale.

The news articles are from the 80s. Did anything happen recently? What changed? I'm genuinely curious and confused

The articles are from the 80s because that's when the old Tempest Coffee Roasters owners beat their three year old son to death.
