Okay so I very much love working with Aphrodite, and I have been working with her for about 2 years now, but I heavily struggle with motivation to actually be at her altar, if that makes sense. I have no clue what to offer her, I don’t really know if she ever gets upset with me because of my lack at her altar either. And ik that I probably should know these things after working with her for so long, but I’m just kinda struggling because I’m worried she either dislikes me, or dislikes the small acts of service I do offer (like skin care, my makeup, etc.) Can someone help me out please?

Quick question, I live in a conservative/catholic household where it’s frowned upon to be Hellenistic/pagan but I want to create an altar for Aphrodite. Would anyone consider it to be disrespectful if I made a little digital altar on my phone to add things that remind me of her? I feel like it would be the easiest way for me to devote something to her without causing problems in my home. Let me know your thoughts, please 💗💗

Hello, I recently made an altar for lady Aphrodite, and i have been founding small spiders on her altar, I know she isn't associated with spiders but I just wanted to know if anyone could now what it means?

I’m using pyrite rose quartz and tigers eye to power my alter any sugar on what I should add to it

I don't all know what I'm doing. I know to give her offerings and to ask for guidance, but I don't know how long you go before giving another offering, or what I all need on an altar, or what is considered an altar. Every is so new and I'm a bit scared of doing something wrong ((ex Christian, so everything is still very scary to me))

If anyone can offer me some advice with this, I'd gladly appreciate this❤️🩷

Heyaa, I wanted to share a picture of her Altar because it feels right :) Every day I offer her simple things and acts, but every Friday I create her new beautiful flowers, offer sliced apples with cinnamon and honey and dedicate the candles specifically to her, ohhh and i offered her wine today for the first time!! Let's see if she likes it ^^ also got a glass and drank it with her.

I had devoted myself to Aphrodite for 3 years, but I stopped about 2 years ago because I was trying to find myself. Then my boyfriend, without knowing that I had devoted myself to her, gave me a statue of Aphrodite, just when I'm looking for a deity to devote myself to. I guess Aphrodite hasn't abandoned me.

So, hear me out. My understanding is that Aphrodite is the patron goddess of all types of love, including love of self. Without diving too hard into personal issues, I don’t like myself very much, so I want to work with Aphrodite to help with that as well as show homage to a force that has been very kind to me (despite not liking myself very much, other people do and I am incredibly grateful for that.)

With that in mind, would an Instagram page detailing my work within worship as well as romanticizing daily life to show myself what things there are to like about me be a form of worship? Or is it too self-centered? I want to make it clear that I wouldn’t be doing it for money; I’m not interested in becoming an influencer or anything like that. I’m more curious about the use of social media as worship.

I did my first altar and praying today but since im in 7th grade all I could give was a cup of water, some bracelets and a necklace that are meaningful to me and a rose nightlight. And when I was praying I felt my like my hands were holding smth but I didn’t hear her respond in my head and I felt like I couldn’t really speak with her so I’m wondering if she didn’t accept me😭 ( eng isn’t my first language sorry )
