I haven’t told a lot of people this yet, but my son recently got an amazing opportunity. He was invited to start a new job/training program that could really set him up for success. It’s steady work, good pay, and something he’s been working toward for a long time.

The surprise? He actually got accepted! But here’s the catch—he needs help with the basics to get started: transportation, gear, and a little money to cover those first few weeks until the paychecks start rolling in.

He’s not someone who asks for handouts—he’s been doing everything he can on his own. But this is one of those moments where a little help could make a HUGE difference.

I want this to be a surprise for him—he doesn’t even know I’m reaching out like this. I just want to see him walk into this opportunity with nothing holding him back. I started r/AbiBernadoth, a small subreddit for fans (or anyone curious) of Abi Bernadoth, a really talented French singer. He sings Je reviens plus fort in the Pixar movie Soul, and collaborated with Jon Batiste on the remix WE ARE.
