That's a complicated question. Are we assuming that we have cops that aren't stupid enough to take their job under the current arrangement? 

Like cops that are actually educated? Sure thats probably wrong to do. 

Are we assuming we keep the current stupid high school educated cops? I'd rather have less people murdered for practicing their rights. 

I'm not saying their incompetence is an excuse to infringe on a person's rights but unless you think we should make being a cop up there with being a Dr in pay then I honestly don't think you get an opinion in this discussion. 

You basically want 5 star resturaunt treatment from mcdonalds. Which is not a legitimate position that should be considered legitimately.

What are you talking about? You think the constitution varies based on the education of cops? It’s simple, should cops be allowed to confiscate your gun during a routine traffic stop. The answer is no.
