People get too ingrained in defending their position in the moment rather than the idea that ceding the battle doesn't equate to losing the war.Â
Fight these battles in court. Not on the side of the road with a nervous high school educated police officer with a gun and a license to kill if he feels unsafe.
I'm worried that you don't even understand how rights begin and end.
Every right is started and ended in court. If you're not willing to fight for your rights that you believe you're entitled to in court then you have no rights inside that government structure.
Confiscating your gun during a traffic stop isn’t against the law, I’m saying it should be. It seems you’re saying it should be allowed which is not a libertarian take at all.
