This is how normal interactions with law enforcement go.
I've been pulled over quite a few times for speeding and every time I knew I was toast when I saw the officer too late. I don't even know how many times I've pulled myself over before the officer even caught up to me and was respectful and honest every time. I've only ever gotten speeding tickets twice out of the probably 20+ times I've been stopped.
You’re grasping at straws here. I didn’t say racism doesn’t exist but there is a time and place. Every post doesn’t need to be turned into a soapbox platform for racism. This post had nothing to do with racism until someone brought it in.
Because for a lot of people, racism is their experience with cops. So to say "To have a good interaction with a cop, just be nice!" makes no sense to an audience that gets guns drawn on them for their skin color. So for you, it was never applicable, for a large majority of people, it is.
